Sentai Filmworks/Section23 Announce New January Titles Including "Glass Mask"

A number of new anime series make their debuts in January 2010 from Sentai Filmworks and Section23. The first is the art-based comedy Hidamari Sketch, whose season 1 collection (12 episodes) will be released on 1/12/10 for $39.98.
A week later, Glass Mask, a 2005 remake of the 1984 series about theater, sees the release of the first collection, which runs 650 minutes. The price is $49.98.
Finally, on 1/26/10, Neo Angelique Abyss, a fantasy series, will be released in a season 1 collection (containing all 13 episodes) for $39.98.
Additionally, the following titles are slated for January:
* Petite Princess Yucie Complete Collection (2010 re-issue): 1/5/10 - 650 min. - $49.98 [NOTE: This is not coming from Sentai, but rather AEsir Holdings]
* Special A Collection 2: 1/19/10 - 300 min. - $39.98
* Tears to Tiara Collection 2: 1/26/10 - 325 min. - $59.98
* You're Under Arrest Season 2 Collection 2: 1/5/10 - 325 min. - $39.98

JANUARY SLATE
Includes Seven New Anime Releases
HOUSTON, October 27, 2009– Home video distributor Section23 Films today announced its January 2010 slate of new DVD releases.
Section23 client Sentai Filmworks is coming out with six new home video releases, including the first DVD sets of anime series Hidamari Sketch, Glass Mask, and Neo Angelique Abyss. Also coming from Sentai Filmworks in Januar are the second and final volumes of You’re Under Arrest: Fast & Furious, Special A, and Tears to Tiara.
Switchblade Pictures, another Section23 client, has three “live-action” DVD releases straight from Japan, including Akiballion: Battlemaids of Akihabara and the double features Female Combatants Battle School & Demonic Heroine In Peril, and Birthday Mail & Kokurri-san.
Finally, from AEsir Holdings, we have a new edition of the classic anime series, Petite Princess Yucie Complete Collection.
